Faculty of Law, Universities Muslim Indonesia in collaboration with the Association of Heads of Indonesia Law Colleges (APPTHI), will convene an Changing of Law “International Conference (The Series) Changing Of Law on Energy And Mining. The Conference is trying to resolve legal issues deal with technological developments, especially in the field of law.
The Conference will be held in Hybrid method, at 24nd July 2023, starting from 09am – 4pm Indonesia Time (WIB). The Plenary Session of the Experts will be conducted offline (09-12am) in Auditorium Al-Jibra Universitas Muslim Indonesia, While the Plenary Session of Presenters will be conducted online via Zoom Meeting, starting from 2-4pm WIB.
The Conference organized by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muslim Indonesia with support of Pasqapro, an institution engaged in the academic field with a concentration on publication of research outputs. The Conference is supported by a number of well-known universities as Co-Hosts; such as The New York University, Utrecht University, Jawaharlal Nehru Universty, University Kebangsaan Malaysia, and also supported by domestic universities such as Universitas Muhammadiyah Makasar, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Paulus, Universitas Sawerigading, Universitas Panca Bhakti Pontianak, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Watampone.
The experts who will attend the Plenary Session are: Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Muh. Hatta Fattah, M.Si (Universitas Muslim indonesia); Prof. Kevin E. Davis (New York University);Mrs. Dr. Pauline, Phoa, LLM (Utrecht University); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jadi Zaidi Hassim (University Kebangsaan Malaysia); Prof. Ghautam Kumar Jha, M.Phil, PhD (Jawaharlal Nehru University); and The Plenary Session will be hosted by Rizky Ramadani, S.H., M.H. as Moderator. The Keynote Speakers at the Conference will be Prof. Dr. Edy Lisdyono, S.H., M.H. as the Chairman of APPTHI, Prof Dr. H. Basri Modding, S.E., M.Si (Rector of Universitas Muslim Indonesia), and also H. Andi Sudirman Sulaiman, ST (Governur South Sulawesi) who will also officially open this international conference.
